Swis MAX is a website development company where we provide services to our valued customers including website development and designing solutions. All the data used to represent products and information about company is subject to be provided by the customer therefore we take no responsibility in case of any copyright act violation by our customer wittingly or unwittingly.

We do not provide text or image contents on website for our customers so if there is any kind of issue regarding product images, text contents or any kind of data used in website please contact the website owner, we shall not entertain any kind of inquiry regarding purpose mentioned above.

Yearly/Monthly Designing Packages

• We will take 100% advance payment for the annual package.
• All prices are exclusive of all taxes
• In annual package after finishing the limits of design we will charge 400 pkr/ design.
• Logo creation is not including in this package .
• You can design maximum 4 pages of each brochure (include front and back)
• Book and billboard designing are not include in this package.
• Website designing and development are not include in this package.
• Your every order will be completed in 24 hours.
• Our service will not be available on sundays and after 5 pm. But if there is an emergency, we will give you our support. 
• if you want to cancel the package then you will inform us before 30 days.
• Your previous remained monthly limits of design will not added in next month’s package.
• Video limit is maximum 20 Seconds. If your video limit increase to 20 seconds then we will charge according to video.
• Cancellation accept first 15 days, Otherwise contract non cancelable, non refundable and non adjustable.

Payment Terms (Starting for any Project & Services)

We charge minimum 50% of total amount in advance.

Project Time Lines/Duration

• **Static website will be complete in 10 to 14 days after design confirmation.
• **CMS website will be complete in 15 to 20 days after design confirmation.
• **Dynamic/Portal website will be complete in 45 to 50 days after design confirmation
• **Software/Cloud Base Software will be complete in 60 to 70 days after design confirmation

**If content not given by customer then time duration of project will increase according to provided content date

Refund / Payments policy

• Domain & Hosting non-refundable.
• After confirmation of design we will immediately start developing of website the payment will not be refunded at this stage. After completion of 75% project full payment is due on client in completion.
• Designing/Corporate Branding/Product Designing/Social Media Designing payment will be non-refundable.
• Cancellation of Social Media Yearly Contracts time priod is 15 days after starting the project, after 15 days cancellation not acceptable.

SEO & SEM

Agreement shall be effective as of the time frame Customer signs up for SEO Services. Agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice to the other, if the other party breaches any material obligation provided hereunder and the breaching party fails to cure such breach within thirty (30) days of receipt of the notice. Agreement may be terminated by SwisMAX 

• immediately if Customer fails to pay any fees hereunder; or 
• if Customer fails to cooperate with SwisMAX or hinders SwisMAX's ability to perform the SEO Services hereunder. 
• It is responsibility of client to provide required data in time, if customer does not provide it in time we are not responsible for poor ranking in SEO further the paid amount for this tenure in non refundable in any case nor we will provide any services in compensation for free. 
• Minimum time for SEO result is 3 months please do not ask for progress report before that.
